This workshop will have a new structure (compared to the previous workshops) as follows

(... to discuss plans for the third funding phase) - 1 day (28.9.) Workshop AVACS meets Control
(This workshops extends the plenary meeting) - 2 days (29.-30.9.) subproject meetings
(1/2 day meeting per subproject, meetings in parallel acording to schedule below)

Imporatant:
Previous meetings in Freiburg usually have been located in building 101 (which is building no. 1 on the map below). This time, the meetings are located in building 051 (which is building no. 6 on the map) and building 082 (building no. 5).

- Coffee breaks will be possible at any time (once before lunch break, once after lunch break). Coffee will be provided at a central location (probably room or floor in the same building). You'll receive details at the beginning of the subproject meetings.
- Network access: All the rooms have WLAN access. Access keys will be provided during the meetings.
Hotels
Rooms have been booked in advance in the following hotels. These arrangements are valid until August, 16. Except for the Central Hotel, rooms are available from Sept. 27 to Sept. 30. In the Central Hotel, rooms are already available from Sept 26 onwards, so these rooms should preferably be taken by participants to the PI meeting.
